We provide social distancing and require mask/shields for entrance. The occupancy at location is regulated for indoor auctions/sales and our staff follow safety guidelines also.
Do you have weekly auctions?
Yes! We have auctions ALL over the valley and state! Our weekly Thursday night auctions have been postponed due to covid restrictions but we hope to reopen our public auction night. When we do, we will located at 650 Fulton Street and the auction begins promptly at 6pm. You may preview items prior to the auction beginning at 10am Thursday morning. Our experienced staff will be available to answer questions about any item. If you have not registered for a bidder number, you can obtain one by going to the service counter before the auction begins!
Does it cost anything to register?
NO! There are no registration fees for our auctions, unless specified for our large farm equipment auctions.
What is your experience in this field?
We have more than a quarter century of auction and appraisal experience and currently handle liquidations for the Fresno County Administrator as well. Our specialty is just about everything where you might need an appraiser or auctioneer. Here are just a few of the auctions events that we handle on a regular basis:

We are licensed and bonded and offer free consultation before you make any decisions and, even better, we will come to you. So if you have an estate or location where you want to hold your event we will meet with you on-site to make necessary arrangements and to answer any questions.
What is your on-site evaluation involve?
Our owner, Steven San Sebastian will meet with you at your location. In this meeting you will decide on a date for the auction which is usually best on the weekend. Steve will then examine the items you wish to sell and discuss values and what you might expect from the auction process. Once the date is set all you need to do is remove all non-auction items from within the auction area prior to the sale. Once the arrangements and schedule are establish and agreed upon, you need do nothing further. We will handle every aspect leading up to and through completion of your auction.
What if I don’t need an auctioneer?
No problem. We will help you to establish market value and review each item you intend to sell and to help you develop a plan for a successful event or liquidation. Fund raisers, charity, private or silent auctions . . . we can help you through the entire organizational process.
Can you pick up items I have for sale?
In most cases we will discuss the items you have for sale in person or by phone and based upon the total lot value, we will transport items to our Fulton St. facility to be sold at our weekly events.
Do your purchase estates or items outright?
Yes we do! Each estate is evaluated independently so our interest will be in the quantity of items and their value at sale. Please do not hesitate to give us a call for any estate items that you would like to liquidate by cash payment and without the auction process.
